Abstract :Özet: Bankalar, toplumun genel yararlarının yakından ilgili olduğu çok önemli mali kurumlardır, Bu mali kurumların rasyonel ve tutarlı bir biçimde çalışması, iktisadi sistemin tam bir güvenle gelişmesi için zorunludur. Bankalar insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(özel ve kamu bankaları); ülkede mal ve hizmet akışının düzen ve devamlılığını sağlayan kuruluşlardır, Günümüzde, Türkiye\`de ekonomik istikrarın sağlanması ve sürdürülebilmesi için, öncelikle bankacılık sektörünün sağlıklı bir yapıya kavuşturulması gerekir.   Abstract: Banks have got main important two functions; one of which is the acceptation of deposit and Lhe other is procedure of credit. Banks are the important financial institutes to which the community is closely related. The rational and the stability working of those financial institutions are essential to develop reliable economical system wholly. Banks -especially the state banks- have been one of the main institutes that provide the circulation of goods and services and continuity in the country. Today, in Turkey; in order to provide economical stability and continually, priority it is required to attain the banks sector to a reliable structure.
