Abstract :Özet: Artan uluslararası rekabette, avantaj sağlayabilen parametrelerin başında kalite gelmektedir. Kaliteye ulaşmak ise, tasarımdan başlayıp, üretim ve satış sonrası hizmetleri kapsayan süreçte tüm faaliyetlerde kaliteye odaklanmakla mümkündür. Kalitenin gerçekleştirilebilmesi için icra edilen faaliyetlerin ise belirli bir maliyeti vardır. Kısaca kalite maliyetleri olarak isimlendirilen bu maliyetler, bazı işletmelerin satış gelirlerinin %25-30\`una kadar varmaktadır. Özellikle de İçsel Başarısızlık Maliyetleri çoğunlukla diğer kalite maliyet kalemlerine göre daha yüksek oranlarda gerçekleşmektedir. Bu çalışma, içsel başarısızlık maliyetlerinin ağırlığını incelemek amacına yöneliktir.   Abstract: Quality takes the first place among parameters which can supply the advantages in remaining an international competition. However, to reach the quality is possible by focusing on quality in all activities through the period which is from design to services after production and selling. There is a ccrtain cost, of performed activities to be realized of the quality, These costs which are briefly called \`quality costs\`, reach to %25-30 of selling revenues of some companies. Especially the internal failure costs mostly realize at higher rates compared to oüıer qualiiy costs. This study aims examining the position of the internal failure costs.
