Abstract :Özet: Bu çalışmada, özeıtikle son yirmi yıllık dönemde ivme kazanan özelleştirme uygulamaları çerçevesinde sağhk sektöründeki gelişmeler ele alınmıştır. Özeııeştirmeyle ilgili genel bilgiler verildikten sonra, Türkiye`de sağlık sektörünün özeııeştirilebilidiği tartışılmıştır. Son olarak, bu bilgiler ışığında çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
