Abstract :Özet: Araştırmamıza konu olan işletmeler kapsamındaki büyük mağazalar ekonomik yaşamda ve günlük hayatta ayrılmaz bir bütün olma durumuna gelmiştir. Faaliyetleri gereği insan faktörüne ç-ok daha bağımlı olarak çalışan ve çalışmamıza konu olan bu işletmeler, çalışanlarının iş koşullarını iyileştirmek, iş doyumu - doyumsuzluğurıa neden olaıı faktörleri belirlemek ve bu konudaki sorunlara çözüm bulmak durumundadırlar. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmada büyük mağazalarda çalışanların iş doyumuna ilişkin sorunları tesbil edilerek, sağlıklı ve uygulanabilir çözüm önerileri geliştirilmiştir.   Abstract: Large-Scale Retailers which is the subject of our research becomes the most important component of daily economic life. The operations and activities of Large-Scale Retailers mostly depend on human resource factor. So they have to determine the factors that cause job satisfaction and job dissatisfaction and find solutions of problems in those areas. And also they have to improve working conditions of employees. In this study, the problems related with job satisfaction is determined, and aplyable solutions is improved for employees of Large-Scale Retailers
