Abstract :The third campaign of the Höyücek excavations took place between 23 July and 9 September, 1991; the fourth and final campaign between 6 August and 14 September, 1992. By the end of the 1992 season an area of more than 1100 m2 had been investigated, and because the stratigraphy and nature of the exposed cultures seemed clear, the project was then brought to an end.
