Abstract :During the field season of 1956 at Küçükyozgat insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Elmadağ); district, Author of the article continued excavations at the new fossiliferous locus . Author of the article had located in 1951, which is just to the southeast of the first fossiliferous locus visited by Tschachtli in 1941. During the course of this excavation Author of the article found a fragmentary skull, a mandible and upper and lower teeth, of one individual, belonging to genus Epimachairodus Kretzoi and the isolated upper canine of another and larger individual.
