Abstract :1948 yılında Patis\`te insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(23-31 Temmuz); toplanmış olan Beynelmilel XXI. Müsteşrikler Kongresi, Türk delegelerinin teklifi üzerine, XXII. Kongrenin Istanbul\`da toplanmasını kararlaştırmıştı. Türkiye Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı, İstanbul Üniversitesini -Ankara Üniversitesi, Türk Dil Kurumu ve Türk Tarih Kurumu ile iş birliği yapmak suretiyle- Kongreyi tertiplemeye davet etmiştir. Kongre, Türkiye Cumhur Başkanı saym Celill Bayar\`ın himayesi altında İstanbul Üniversitesi Hukuk ve İktisat Fakültelerinin binalarında toplanacaktır insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(15-22 Eylül 1951);.
