Abstract :Son senelerde İç Moğolistan\`daki orta çağa ait bir çok ziraat sitelerinin keşfi büyük bir alâka uyandırmıştır. Bunlar ilk defa olarak 1934 de Pailingmiao veya Batu Khalgha\`ya yakın harap bir şehir olan Olan sümein tor hakkında bir makale yazan Bay O. Lattimore\`ın dikkat nazarını çekmiştir i. 1936 da bir kaç site, bu seyahat hakkında bir rapor neşreden Bay Desmond Martin ve ertesi sene de Danimarkalı kâşif bay Henning Haslund-Christensen tarafından ziyaret edilmiştir.
