Türk kültür kalkınması, tarih ve dil üzerindeki devrim hamleleriyle kendini göstermiştir. Bundan dolayıdır ki, Cumhuriyet devrinde tarih ve dil hareketleri, hep birbirinin ardınca ve birbirini tamamlayarak yürümüştür
