Abstract :"Belleten” Atatürk\'ün Tarih Kurumuna yadigâr bıraktığı kutsal bir addır. Atatürk bu ismi nasıl buldu? Belleten adının aranıp bulunuşunda ben de huzurlarında bulunmak şerefine nail olduğumdan Atatürk\'ün aziz hatırasına tahsis edilen Belleten ‘in bu fevkalade nüshasında bu tarihi hadiseyi tespit etmeği vazife bildim.
