Abstract :Dünyada hemen ilk defa cihangirane bir saltanat kuran Iran Hükümdarı Kuraş Sumer - Akat - Elam kitabeleri okunmazdan evvelki klasik malumata göre hanın Pers (Fars) kabilesinden zu. hür ettiği zannedilir, hatta Herodot’un bu hususta ortaya attığı bir lejand klasik tarih kitaplarına aynen geçirilirdi.
