Abstract :The basis of Ziya Gökalp`s systematic thoughts about  economy is established on `French Solidarism` and Friedrich  List`s `National Economy System`. Gökalp has reinterpreted  these two approaches in relation to Turkey reality, the cultural  values of the Turkish society and belief system.
