Abstract :A change in the conceptual categories, playing role in  perceiving external socio-cultural reality may completely change  perception about the socio-cultural context in which the external  reality is situated. Phenomenon of `space-time compression` which  defines processes of globalization by means of logic of social  theorization is significant from this stand point.  External or categorical dimension of identity does not seem to  be independent from global-local interaction and relationship of  asymmetric power in this interaction.  In this manner, description, classification and power of  possession to the apparatus of manufacturing consent is also important  in this respect.
