Abstract :The aim of this paper is to underline the relationship between the European Court of Human Rights and the Italian Constitutional order in light of the changes which have occurred, and which may occur, while working towards a unitary order system. A system in which the different rules and principles complement one another, merge together and are integrated by means of further internationalization of constitutional law, or, if you prefer, the “constitutionalization of International law”.
