Abstract :The Palestinian people are in a state of dislocation and dispersion for the last 33 years. Their statelessness has denuded them of human rights, and their subjugation/dependence has deprived them of the commonly accepted standards of civilized being and living. They live in perpetual dehumanizing conditions, and are under constant danger for their lives. The fruits of human civilizational, social, and political progress as expressed by the world community in the form of the Charter of the United Nations and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, have failed to reach them.
