Abstract :The 15th Colloquy on European Law organised by the Council of Europe at the invitation of the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature was held from Monday 17 June 1985 at the headquarters of the Ecole in Bordeaux. Inaugural speches were delivered by Mme M.D.Wieder Kehr, Head of Division, representing the Secretary General of the Council of Europe; Mr. P.Lyon-Caen Ch{trge`de Mission representing the Minister of justice and Mr.R. Exertier, Director of the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature. Mr.L.Bloom-Cooper Q.C.London, on June 17, presented the report on judicial Power and Public Liability for judicial acts.
