Abstract :Purpose: The current research aim is to understand the effectiveness of information systems used in human resources management insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(HRM); activities on perceived organizational performance. Methodology: In this study, the Delone & McLean Information Systems Success Model is used for measuring the success of human resources information systems, which is one of the most widely used for information systems success measurement. In order to examine study purposes, this research employed a survey design. The obtained data are evaluated through SPSS and AMOS statistical package programs. Findings: The study\`s findings support the claim that, according to Delone and McLean success model, the use of HRIS is largely driven by information quality and HRIS utilization, with information quality also having an impact on organizational performance. Implications: Based on the mentioned success model, only a service quality parameter has a significant impact on user satisfaction whereas no significant and positive effects of information and system quality on user satisfaction are observed. For the effects of user satisfaction on perceived organizational performance, no significant impact has been identified. Finally, the content of HRIS significantly influenced perceived organizational performance. Limitations: Any generalization from the findings of this study should be done with caution because of the limitations imposed by the nature of the sampled subjects and country. Future research should extend our efforts by considering specific areas of HRIS with other causal variables, additional populations, and additional methods.
