Abstract :Allah dünya ve ahiret saadetine ulaşmaları için insanlara peygamberler göndermiştir. Peygamberlik zincirinin son halkası Hz. Peygamber’dir. Hz. Peygamber gerek yaşadığı dönemde, gerekse vefatından sonra bazı kimseler tarafından hakarete maruz kalmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Hz. Peygamber’e hakaretin cezası üzerinde durulmuştur. Amacımız İslam hukukunda Hz. Peygamber’e hakaret eden kişiye verilen cezayı tespit etmektir.
