Abstract :Son yıllarda gelişmekte olan ve objektif yapılması gereken Taşınmaz Değerlemesi kavramının tanımı, yararlanılan kanunlar, değerlemeye etki eden ilgili kurumlar, kullanılan yöntemler ile Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemlerinin yaygınlaşması ile birlikte Taşınmaz Değerlemesi üzerinde etkileri, Dünya’da CBS ile Taşınmaz Değerlemesi kullanımı ve Türkiye’de uygulanması ile ortaya çıkan ürünler bu makalede incelenmiştir.
