Abstract :Merkezinde insanın olduğu alanlardan biri, toplumsal niteliği ağır basan hukuk iken, bir diğer alan ise bireysel niteliği olan sanattır ve hukukun aksine kuralsızdır. Hukukun, kişiyi diğer bireye ve kamuya karşı koruma niteliği sanatçı olan bireyi de korumayı kapsar. Bu koruma sanat ve hukuk arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya çıkarmaktadır.
