Abstract :Kistik higromalar boyun, aksilla, mediyasten ve daha seyrek olarak da retroperitoneal bölgede yerleşir. Genellikle ilk dekatta rastlanan lenfatik sistem anomalileridir. Nadiren 15 cm kadar büyük çaplara ulaşabilir ve aksillayı doldurabilir ya da boyun ve etrafında görünür deformiteye neden olabilirler. Bu makalede aksiller bölgeyi tamamen dolduran erişkin bir kistik higroma olgusunu literatür eşliğinde sunmayı amaçladık. Cystic hygromas are located in the neck, axilla, mediastinum and less frequently in the retroperitoneal region. Generally, they are lymphatic system anomalies encountered in the first decade. Rarely can reach large diameters of 15 cm and they can fill the axilla or they can cause visible deformity on the neck and around. In this article, we aimed to present an adult cystic hygroma completely filling the armpit area in the light of the literature.
