Abstract :On Wednesday morning, a moderate northerly wind was blowing. Dark clouds moved in from the Black Sea, bringing violent thunder, and [lightning] even struck the main mast of the fleet commander’s ship at Sarıyer. . . . A strong northerly wind continued through the night.
