Abstract :A wide spectrum of differential diagnosis should be considered in the management of acute abdominal or acute pelvic pain in young women who are in the premenopausal period. In this case-report, an acute appendicitis case, which is observed accompanying with ovarian cyst rüptüre, was reported.
