Abstract :The purpose of this study is to examine theses that address the subject of teachers` job satisfaction-job satisfaction. Examining how the subject of "teachers` job satisfaction" is addressed in postgraduate theses whose scientific validity-reliability in terms of depth and scope has been approved is important for determining trends in this regard and for researchers who will conduct scientific studies on the subject in the future. The data used in the study were obtained from 122 theses that were reached as a result of the search made by typing "job satisfaction", "job satisfaction" and "teacher" in the thesis name section of the advanced search section of the search engine of the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education in April 2025. The first thesis on the subject was completed in 1990 and it can be said that the number of theses has generally been on the rise since that year. When the number of master`s theses is taken into consideration, it can be said that universities and foundation universities located in Istanbul are quite productive in studies on the subject. The number of doctoral theses completed on the subject is quite low. The vast majority of theses are in the relational screening design. It can be said that the most frequently examined concept in theses is the concept of "burnout", along with the subject of teachers` job satisfaction-job satisfaction. It was observed that the most frequently discussed theses were the job satisfaction-job satisfaction of teachers working in secondary schools and high schools, and the least frequently discussed were the preschool teachers` job satisfaction-job satisfaction. When the branches are specifically considered in theses, the abundance of theses that deal with the subject of physical education and sports teachers and vocational high school teachers` job satisfaction-job satisfaction is striking.
