Abstract :The aim of this study is to determine the social justice leadership behaviors of school principals towards gifted high school students. The sample of the research consists of 253 gifted students studying at different high schools in Adana in the spring term of the 2022-2023 academic year. The Social Justice Leadership Scale was used as a data collection tool in the research. As a result of the research, it was determined that school principals demonstrated social justice leadership at a moderate level for gifted students. School principals demonstrate social justice leadership behaviors the lowest in the participation sub-dimension, and the highest in the critical consciousness and support sub-dimensions. There is no significant difference according to the variables of gender, family income and parental education status of the students.
