Abstract :Seyahat, sporcu yaşantısının enteresan ve zevkli yönlerinden biridir. Ancak değişik ortam, değişik yemekler, değişik sular gibi nedenlerle sık sık ishal olma tehlikesi bu zevki gölgelemekte, daha da kötüsü yarışma öncesi ortaya çıkan böyle bir durum performansı büyük bir ölçüde düşürmektedir. Bu nedenle, hem sporcunun, hem de idarecilerin ve takım doktorunun seyahat ishallerini iyi tanımaları, korunma ve tedavi yöntemlerini iyi bilmeleri gerekmektedir.
