BEDEN EĞİTİMİ ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN ÇEŞİTLİ DEĞİŞKENLER AÇISINDAN KAYGI DÜZEYLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ (BATMAN İL ÖRNEĞİ) / THE STUDY ABOUT PHISCAL EDUCATION TEACHER'S LEVELS OF ANXIETY FORM THE ASPECT OF A NUMBER OF MODIFIERS (SAMPLE BATMAN)

Bu çalışmanın amacı, beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin kaygı düzeylerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından ince lenmektir. Bu çalışmanın gıubunu; Batınan ilinde görev yapan 47'si erkek, 40'ı bayan toplam 87 beden eğitimi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. C. Spielberger (1970) tarafından geliştirilen Türkçe'ye uyarlanması Öner ve LeCompte (1983) tarafından gerçekleştirilen sürekli kaygı envanteri tesadüfi ömeklem yoluyla araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlere uygulanmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler ve t testi kullanılarak anlamlılık P<O,05 alınmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde ve hesaplanmış değerlerin bulunmasında SPSS (Stıtistical package for social sciences) paket programı kullanılmış ve ölçeğin güvenirlik katsayısı 0,72 bulunmuştur. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda; Batman ilinde görev yapan bayan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin erkek beden eğitimi öğretmenlerine göre, köyde görev yapan öğretmenlerin merkezde görev yapan öğretmenlere göre, kadıolu görev yapan öğretmenlerin sözleşmeli olarak görev yapan öğretmenlere göre ve eski mezun olan öğretmenlerin yeni meZlill olan öğretmenlere göre sürekli kaygı düzeyleri yüksek çıkmıştır. Anahtar kelimeler: Kaygı, Beden Eğitimi Öğretmeni   SUMMARY The aim of this study is to define physical education teachers' level of anxiety from the aspect of a number of modifiers. The target group of this stııdy includes 87 physica! education teachers working in Batman 47 ofwhom are ma!e and 40 of whom are female. The continious anxiety inventory developed by C. Spielberger (1970) and whose Turkish adaptation was developed by Öner and LeCompte (1983) was applied among the teachers who joined the study by using the method of random exemplification. In the solution of this data, validity P<O,05 has been taken by using described statistics and 't' test. In the evaluation of this datı and the discovery of calculated asseıs, SPSS (Statistical package for social scıences) has been employed. Th~ result of this study; continious anxiety level of female physical education teachers who is working in Batman is higher than male physical education teachers, Continious anxiety level of teacher who is working in rural area is higher than teachers who is working in urban area, Continious anxiety level of teachers who IS working regularly is higher than teachers who is working contractualy and continious anxiety level of old graduated teachers is higher than new graduated teachers.
