Abstract :The article reveals the practical aspects, current state, development trends and features of attracting foreign direct investment in the economy of Kazakhstan. Some problematic issues are" pointwise " updated in the article in order to attract the attention of other scientists in Kazakhstan who are interested in this scientific direction and are ready to support the given case study. Today in Kazakhstan, the issue of developing the private sector of the economy is critically relevant and the instrument of direct investment can become a catalyst for positive changes, providing new opportunities for business. However, one of the main problems of direct investment development market in Kazakhstan as noted by international analysts and experts is the lack of information, so the authors conducted this study to make a certain contribution to the information Fund in this area.
