Abstract :Mucoceles are epithelium-lined mucus-containing sacs which usually develop when the ostia of paranasal sinuses become obstructed. Frontal sinuses are the most commonly aff ected, and subsequently ethmoidal, maxillary and sphenoid sinuses are aff ected respectively. Untreated mucoceles may be the cause of serious morbidities depending on their locations. A case of intraorbital mucocele originating from the anterior ethmoid region which is treated with endoscopic sinus surgery was presented
