Abstract :Intravascular fasciitis is a benign reactive myofibrobastic proliferation originating from deep or superficial fascia. It is a rare pathology and may affect small and medium sized arteries and veins. Vascular penetration may be progressive, and the pathology may be misdiagnosed as malignant disease This report describes a case with intravascular fasciitis in left subclavian vein and its successfull treatment with surgical excision
