Abstract :During the standart coronary angiography and left ventriculography for a patient with prediagnosed coronary artery disease, the tip of the pigtail entered to the pericardial space piercing the left ventricular free wall. Complicated hemopericardium was clinically observed and followed by using echocardiography. This complication was stabilized spontaneously and the patient was discharged without progressing to the tamponade and requiring any operation
