Abstract :Cervical Lymphadenopathy in adults is one of the most common pathology in otolaryngologic practice. A differential diagnosis should be considered in all patients who have a neck lymphadenopathy. In our country, the most common mistake is the administration of repeated antibiotic therapy in these cases. In this article, we discuss management and antibiotic therapy of cervical lymphadenopathy in adults.
