Abstract :Purpose: In this study, we aimed to evaluate the effects of the prognostic factors on the survival rate of advanced stage non-small cell lung cancer cases. Patients and Methods: In this study, we aimed to evaluate the effects of the prognostic factors on the survival rate of stage IV non-small cell lung cancer cases. Results: Younger then 65 years old, with 0 performance patients surviving rates are significantly longer than others. On the other side that bien histopatholgical subgroup, smoking, weight loss or sexual differences had no afeect on the survival rate p>0.05 . When we compare the presence of metastases and survival rate there was no significant differences. When LDH levels were high surviving rates were lower.
