Abstract :Anomalous aortic origins of the coronary arteries may cause diagnostic and clinic problems. We report a case of absence of the left main coronary artery with the left anterior descending, circumflex and right coronary arteries arising by seperate ostia from the right sinus of valsalva. The clinical, angiographic and computed tomography imaging findings of this exceedingly rare anomaly are described with a brief review of previously documented cases
