Abstract :Benign and malignant tumors of the small bowel are rarely seen, accord- ing to other tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. Most of the small bowel tumors are malignant and adenocarcinomas, and are usually detected in the duodenum. Similarly, benign tumors of the small bowel are rare and seen in the duodenum. Especially in villous adenomas, the risk of malignant transformation is high. We report a patient with tubulovillous adenoma in the duodenum that was detected as a result of the investiga- tion of weight loss
