Abstract :Pilomatrixoma is the benign calcified neoplasm of the skin. It originates from the hair follicle matrix. It usually represent as a solitary subcutaneous mass of the head and neck region in the children. It is frequently misdiagnosed as if not considered in the differential diagnosis. Surgery is the choice of treatment. Pediatric patient with a firm mass of ear lobule is presented in this article. Pilomatrixoma is reviewed with clinical findings, pathogenesis, and treatment methods
