Abstract :Objectives: In this research, the staff in a bank in Ankara has been assigned to determine the status of nutrition and physical activity of the employees and plan and carry out the research in order to develop solutions to existing problems. Study Design: The participants were 250 randomly selected Turkish healthy people working as a civil servants at Türk Eximbank Export credit bank of Turkey. In this study frequency questionnaire was used to investigate the dietary pattern. Nutrient intake of the participants was assessed by 24h recall method. Anthropometric measurements and physical activity status was assessed. Results: As a result of the study, most of the participants aged 20-49 years, 74.4% educated at licenece level, 58.8% were expert assistance, 83.5% had normal body mass index BMI but low physical activity. Most staff was found to take adequate dietary vitamin A, vitamin C, phosphorus, and zinc, but vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, calcium, magnesium and iron were found inadequate in their diet. Conclusion: According to the findings of this research, advocate to increase their physical activity and nutrition knowledge.
