Abstract :Prostate cancer is most common cancer in man except nonmelonoma cutaneus cancer. Adenocarcinoma is most common histologic subtype in prostate cancer. Mucinous subtype of prostate cancer is very rare. In this article, 84 years old man presenting with symptoms of prostatism and diagnosed with mucinous prostate cancer will be discussed along with the literature
