Abstract :We present a newborn ;35th pregnancy week, twin pair, 2350 g girl with duodenal obstruction whom diagnosed with annular pancreas and duodenal stenosis in association with nonrotation. Side to side duodenoduodenostomy to bypass annular pancreas, diamond shaped duodenojejunostomy for duodenal stenosis and an appendectomy for nonrotation were performed. Postoperative period was uneventful and 16 months follow up revealed any late complication. To our knowledge, a combination of duodenal stenosis and annular pancreas with nonrotation has not been presented previously.
