Abstract :The tumor growing in neuroendocrine cells, which are present in many organs, vary in terms of clinical progress and prognosis. In 13% of these patients, the primary focus of the tumor cannot be identified. Neuroendocrine tumors are characterized by intracytoplasmic neurosecretory granules which are linked to the membrane that can be detected by electron microscopy. Likely to lead to extensive involvement of the lymph node, these tumors can be clinically confused with lymphoproliferative diseases. In this article, we discuss two cases of neuroendocrine tumors presented with extensive involvement of the lymph node of unknown primary, in the light of the existing literature
