Abstract :Left ventricular pseudoaneurysm is a serious mechanical complication of myocardial infarction which usually presents as hemodynamic compromise in acute course of the disease. We present a case of chronic left ventricular pseudoaneurysm without any hemodynamic compromise due to an old anterolateral myocardial infarction
