Abstract :Primary percutaneous coronary intervention is the treatment of choice for ST segment elevation myocardial infarction and transradial approach for this intervention has become popular in the few years. However, a transradial approach may be sometimes difficult especially in the presence of anatomic abnormalities. In this report, we describe a patient who presented with acute myocardial infarction and had undergone successful primary percutaneous coronary intervention with transradial approach despite the presence of coronary anomaly
