Abstract :Dermatological examination showed clearly demar- cated hyperpigmented, dry and slightly desquamating patches on the extensor surfaces of the forearms and hands. These pigmented patches showed a purplish hue on the upper border. Dull red, scaly macules were seen on the forehead, cheeks, and upper chest Figure 1 .
