Abstract :Low back pain is a frequent complaint in children and adolescents. The age, life style, onset of the complaints and duration involve critical hints for diagnosis. Only by taking all of these factors in to consideration, it is possible to come up with the correct diagnosis. Childhood low back pain can usually be treated by effective conservative methods
