Abstract :Glioblastoma Multiforme GBM is the most common primary malignancy of the brain tumours with poor prognosis. Symptomatic spinal metastases are rarely seen in GBM patients. Herein we report 37 year old GBM case who has been diagnosed with concurrent spinal metastases and also risk factors for spinal seeding. In cases owning risk factors, the quality of life may improve with early spinal metastasis screening and early treatment
