We present a case involving a 82-year-old woman who was admitted to the emergency room due to dyspnea and confusion. The ecchymosis area was observed in the patient’s left midaxillary line. An axial CT section revealed a giant hematoma extending along the left thoracic anterolateral wall.We aimed to discuss the differential diagnoses of this condition and emphasize the importance of the clinical evaluation and physical examination.
