Abstract :Burnout, is frequently seen in healthcare professionals, resulting in a decline in the quality of healthcare itself. Some of the reasons for burnout are caregiving in patients’ homes, communication difficulties between caregivers, and long-term care. Burnout in home care nurses causes problems in individual and care oriented outcomes. The first step in prevent burnout is identify of stressors which causing burnout, then planning and performing practices to reduce the stressors. For these reasons, we organized this review to identify and prevent the factors causes burnout in home care nurses
