Abstract :Home health care services are one of the services that demand for it has been increased and often is preferred between health care services. Every stage of health care services has some risks for providers and even for beneficiaries. Designing of home for living rather than proving health care services, lack of hospital structure in home and lack of standard physical environment in proving home health care services, increase risks for the safety of patients and employees in the process of service delivery
