Abstract :Certain allergic reactions caused by cow milk which has an important position in human nutrition bring up a need for conducting new studies devoted to another milks. Along with donkey milk, goat milk draws more attention in recent years. Uniformity between goat’s and Cow’s milk in terms of protein fraction and quantity raises the allergenic potential. On the other hand, higher MCT content makes the allergy preventable for patients have lipid metabolism problems such as hyperlipidemia, pancreas diseases, cystic fibrosis. Donkey milk has approximate values with breast milk in terms of protein and solüt load. As a consequence of that, it is more hypoallergenic than other milks. Higher lactose content makes it easy to use for children. Similarity between donkey’s milk and breast milk shows that donkey’s milk could be an alternative for babies not getting breast milk. Besides it is obvious that it will be commonly used by elders and immune deficiency patients. Consequently donkey farms will become widespread
