Abstract :Spigelian hernias are rare hernias, which occur lateral to the rectus abdominis through a defect in the linea semilunaris, the aponeuroses of the internal oblique and transversus abdominis muscles. The spigelian hernias representonly about 1-2% of all abdominal hernias. Here we describe a case of Spigelian hernia diagnosed by clinical and radiological findings and laparoscopic repair with an intraperitoneal onlay mesh İPOM methodKeywords : spigelian hernia, laparoscopy, mesh
